Once your order has been fulfilled, there is a no refund policy. Due to the nature and material of the products, I cannot accept returns. If you find the incorrect size was selected for your piece, please reach out to freakmuttleather@gmail.com to discuss alteration possibilities. Please note, some pieces cannot be altered, this is mentioned in the product description. 

All customers can pursue an order cancellation and refund for 30 days after your order is placed. This can be requested here, through your Shopify profile, or by emailing freakmuttleather@gmail.com
