Shipping policy

There is a 3 month processing period for all custom orders. You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. You may reach out at any point before your order is fulfilled to update your shipping address. Once your order is fulfilled, Freakmutt Leather is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to discuss insurance for your package, reach out to freakmuttleather@gmail.com with your order number and you will be provided further details.

You may request cancellation for one month after the date your order is placed. You can request cancellation by logging onto your Shopify profile, or emailing freakmuttleather@gmail.com
