the order processing period for all custom pieces is 3 months. given that these are made to order or small batch pieces, this period allows the assurance your piece will be crafted to the caliber you're investing in. feel free to check in on your order status throughout this period with any questions or address updates, on the date of shipment you will receive an automated email with tracking information. 

orders will be sent to the exact address entered at checkout, please be thorough when entering this information to avoid shipment errors. 

freakmutt leather is not responsible for locating packages lost in transit, nor replacing packages marked as delivered. once you receive tracking information, any questions regarding your shipment can only be answered through the postal carrier. to ensure safe arrival of your package, please keep an eye on your tracking information and pick up your package as soon as possible. once labor and materials have been spent and the piece has been shipped, there is a no refund policy.
