the entire length of the strap is punched with holes, so the longer the strap, the more options you’ll have for how it can be worn or where it can be attached. for example if your waist is 32", sizing up to the 60" or 80" option will give you more versatility in use.
to wear it as a pelvic harness, you will need either belt loops or a belt to anchor the straps on your waist.
